Shipping Info
Orders are shipped from the Czech Republic via Czech Post, DPD, GLS or other carrier.
Depending on a location, the delivery time can be 7 - 21 days.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email behindthestars.band@gmail.com. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your transaction ID (you’ll find that at the bottom of your Bandcamp receipt).

INFO FOR EU BUYERS
The European Union requires online retailers to charge VAT on DIGITAL GOODS sold to buyers located within the EU. So, if you are from EU except for the Czech Republic, Bandcamp will add the proper amount of tax to the transaction. Depends on your country it can be 17 - 25 %.
Return Policy
If there are any problems with your purchase, please email behindthestars.band@gmail.com with the subject line: Bandcamp Return and include your transaction ID (you’ll find that at the bottom of your Bandcamp receipt).

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days (even without a cause) beginning from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives, the last good ordered by you (if delivered separately). This applies to all of our products except for digital items (e.g. Digital Music) that are provided immediately to you with your acknowledgment.

To cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period, inform us of your decision by sending email on behindthestars.band@gmail.com. In your email please Include your transaction ID (you’ll find that at the bottom of your Bandcamp receipt) and type something like "I just don't want it anymore".
If you withdraw from this agreement, we are obliged to reimburse all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs. For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction unless something different is explicitly agreed with you. You may be charged Paypal transfer fee.
We may refuse this repayment until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever of these occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is the result of handling not required to determine the suitability, characteristics, and function of the goods.
